Play With PurposeLoot Scanner

For the long-session adventurers

MMORPG gear and companion loot are two different inventories

Seeing equipment beside an MMORPG can make it easy to confuse the two economies. Play With Purpose equipment belongs to the companion service, not to the character in your MMORPG.

Identify the owner and the system

An item in your MMORPG bags follows that game's rules. A companion item appears in Play With Purpose inventory and follows this service's equipment and trading rules. Similar words such as sword, rarity or power do not make the items interchangeable.

Inspect the companion item detail panel before acting. Its equipment slot and displayed attributes describe a companion loadout choice. They do not promise a change to your MMORPG character's damage, defence or normal drop rate.

Choose an action, not just a number

Equipping keeps an eligible item in your companion loadout. Listing offers it to another player at your chosen terms. Accepting an eligible Wallet buy order is a different transaction. A listing price is not a completed trade or a guaranteed wallet value.

Listed items are reserved and unequipped. If you change your mind, locate the active listing and check whether it can be cancelled before trying to equip or use another sale option. Auctions with bids have different cancellation restrictions.

Keep restrictions with the item

Trial-origin items remain subject to trial restrictions after a player-to-player trade. A new owner does not gain wallet resale eligibility merely because Gift Gold changed hands in the player marketplace.

When comparing two offers, compare the actual item and its restrictions rather than only rarity or the seller's price. If you want ordinary MMORPG equipment, use the game's own systems; the companion marketplace is not a substitute for them.
